  • Business Transfers. We may engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding that involves the transfer of the information described in this Policy. In such transitions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. In the unlikely event that we or substantially all of our assets are acquired or enter a court proceeding, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that your Personal Information can continue to be used as set forth in this privacy policy.
  • Aggregate and Deidentified Information. Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, we may use, disclose, and otherwise process aggregate and deidentified information related to our business and the Website and services in accordance with applicable law.

International Data Transfer

This Website is operated in the United States. If you are located in another jurisdiction, please know that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using this Website and underlying services and providing us with information, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States. It is important to note that the privacy laws in the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in other countries, such as the European Union.

We may transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of headquarters for processing and storing. In addition, it may be processed by staff operating outside the office area who work for us or for one of our suppliers. For example, such staff may be engaged in the processing and concluding of your order, the processing of your payment details, and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storage, or processing. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your data is treated securely and in agreement with this privacy policy.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically, and the transmission of such data is entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain areas of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

Third-party links
We may have links on the Website to other sites that we do not operate. If you click on a third-party link, you will be taken directly to that site, which is governed by its own privacy notice. We strongly encourage you to read that privacy notice. We do not control that site and assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices.

Data Rights

This section describes state-specific consumer rights afforded to residents of those states who have enacted comprehensive privacy laws (“State Privacy Laws”).  Not all of the State Privacy Laws are effective as of the date of this Privacy Policy, and several do not apply to YSNHS; however, even where we are not subject to a particular State Privacy Law, we will endeavor to honor applicable privacy rights requests to the extent we are able under the circumstances, but this is a courtesy only and does not otherwise subject us to or make us liable under these laws, to the extent permitted.  Any terms defined in the applicable State Privacy Laws that we use here have the same meaning as the applicable State Privacy Law.

Your Privacy Rights

Access to Information and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

  • The categories of Personal Information we collected about you.
  • The categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you.
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information.
  • The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
  • If we disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose, we will provide a list identifying the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient obtained.

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.
Correction

You may have the right to request we correct incorrect or inaccurate Personal Information, subject to restrictions regarding the determination of accuracy of the existing Personal Information.

Opt-Out of Sale, Sharing, Profiling, Use (or Restriction) of Sensitive Data, or Targeted Advertising

You have the right to opt out of “sales” and “sharing”  or “profiling to produce legal or similarly significant effects” of your Personal Information, and to opt out of the use of your personal information for “targeted advertising” as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. We do not “sell,” “share,” or “profile” your Personal Information.  We do not engage in uses of sensitive Personal Information that would trigger a right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Information under State Privacy Laws.

Currently, the Website does not recognize all “Do-Not-Track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking by disabling cookies. If our site detects that your browser or device is transmitting an opt-out preference signal, such as the “global privacy control”—or GPC — signal, we will opt that browser or device out of the use of cookies or other tools on our site that result in a “sale” or “sharing” or use for targeted advertising of your personal information. If you come to our site from a different device or from a different browser on the same device, or if you clear your cookies, you will need to opt-out again, or use an opt-out preference signal, for that browser and/or device as well.
Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, deletion, and correction rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child, to the limited extent we have information related to minors.

We will confirm receipt of the request within 10 business days, describing our verification process. We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days if we are able to verify your identity. Requests for deletion will require a separate confirmation that you want your information deleted.

The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Non-Discrimination

  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. Unless permitted by the State Privacy Law, we will not:
    Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.
