At Young Scholars, we know that no matter your age, or where you are in the world, it’s safe to say that technology is not only a part of our present, but it will continue to shape our future. So as the technology around us keeps evolving, it’s important that we grow with it. That includes the latest advancement in Artificial Intelligence. You’ve probably heard about AI, and maybe you’ve learned some of what it can do, like helping people with Google Maps, or suggesting a good playlist on your Spotify. But what you may not know is how often AI can be found in education, and just how helpful it can be for students. That’s why we want to share ten awesome education tools powered by AI. With this list, we hope you find something that supports you in your own academic journey.
This program helps students build study schedules, create personalized curricula, and even generate flashcards and practice problems tailored to their learning style.
Designed for students working through emotional challenges, this tool transforms those experiences into adventure-style stories that help kids build resilience through interactive narratives.
A helpful AI-powered reading guide that adapts to each child’s needs. It can read stories aloud and support reading comprehension and fluency.

This program turns lesson plans and required curriculum into interactive games, giving students a fun, hands-on way to learn and remember new information.
For those of you who may have heard of Canva, you might think it’s too expensive. Thanks to Canva’s education initiative, all students K-12 are allowed use of Canva’s platform for free. This program is designed to help you create posters, slideshows, graphs, and so much more.
This program allows students to create fun, interactive comic book pages, animation, and illustrated stories that represent what they’re learning. If you are studying the effects of capitalism in your economics class, you could create a superhero comic book that helps explain the lesson you are currently learning.
The name is in the title for this one: if you are struggling with your math homework, just take a quick scan of the problem with you or your parent’s smartphone, and the app will help you break down the problem step-by-step until you’ve solved it. Keep in mind, it won’t solve it for you, but when you do eventually solve it for yourself, the app will then give the full explanation of how you got the answer and why it’s the correct one. It’s a life-savor for those students who struggle in mathematics.
Similar to the program above, this program allows you to scan problems and get help solving that problem until you can find the right answer. Unlike the previous program, however, this one goes beyond math, allowing for explanations and explorations into anything from photosynthesis to the history of the Bubonic plague. It’s all about helping you understand the subject.
With this top-of-the line program, gone are the days where students have to spend hours every night just writing out the flashcards that they then have to spend another few hours memorizing. Thanks to Anki, you can have instantly generated flashcards made just for you, based on any lesson you are struggling to grasp. It will save you time, and help you focus on the knowledge you need to gain.
For our final program, we thought we’d finish with one you’ve probably heard of already. This program is commonly referred to as a way to cheat, and unfortunately it has been used for that purpose by students in the past. But we thought we’d remind you just how helpful Chat GPT can be, as long as it’s used correctly.
Let’s say you have a problem with understanding a passage from a textbook, or maybe you can’t make sense of an essay you’re trying to write. By typing the notes you’ve diligently taken from your textbook into this program, you will receive a more precise, and condensed explanation back about the topic at hand.
But it’s crucial to remember, the information you receive generated back at you is not your own, that belongs to Chat GPT, and using it as your own work is considered plagiarism. Like all the programs above, make sure you still do your own work. These are tools, not homework passes.
