NSHSS Be More Finalists and Winners will share the stories behind their initiatives, what sparked their ideas, how they created meaningful change, and what they learned along the way. From mental health advocacy to STEM outreach to community service, their projects show what’s possible when young people take action.

This webinar will be exciting, energizing, and full of inspiration, especially for middle schoolers who want to make a difference but aren’t sure where to start.

Inspiring NSHSS BE More Grant Finalists and Winners who turned their ideas into action

Nainika Manthena

NSHSS Ambassador President | Meeting Host 

Nainika is a senior at Palm Harbor Univ HS - IB Program, FL. She wants to pursue a career as a lawyer specializing in medical malpractice/disability law. She also loves tutoring students in math and reading on which she advocates for education accessibility. Her hobbies include dancing, learning new languages, and fostering dogs.

Aveer Chadha

NSHSS BE MORE Grant 2025 Winner | Meeting Speaker

Aveer Chadha is a lauded researcher, advocate, and serial entrepreneur. He is the founder of an internationally recognized nonprofit organization, EmpowerIndiaEdu, which aims to eradicate illiteracy in India, and has received endorsements from the Pennsylvania Senate and UNA-USA. Furthermore, he is the co-founder of Solvis, a company that uses AI and ML to enable construction entities to monitor runoff magnitude, thereby reducing EPA fines and environmental harm. Solvis has been internationally awarded in 6 pitch competitions. He is also the Managing Partner and Founder of a capital startup that provides entrepreneurial advice through Behavioral Economics, Fruition.ed. Moreover, he is the president of his local DECA chapter, having won 1st at ICDC in the Startup Business Plan category. He also enjoys doing economic research, which he pursues through a research position at Lehigh University. Consequently, he has published in an academic journal focused on international trade. Finally, Aveer is a 2025 Bank of America Student Leader and Coca-Cola Scholars Semifinalist, among other salient honors. Outside of academics, Aveer enjoys playing tennis. As a three-time district champion, he has captained his team at the top singles position. Overall, he is an enthusiastic learner dedicated to addressing pressing issues and spreading education.

Natasha Agarwal

NSHSS Nobel Academic Excellence Scholarship 2025 | Meeting Speaker

Natasha Agarwal is a freshman studying Law & Society at The University of Pennsylvania. An author and youth literacy activist, she is dedicated to exploring how policy, human rights, and artificial intelligence can be leveraged to drive impact in under-resourced communities and education. Through the nonprofit organization BelieveNBooks, she has distributed over 235,000 books to 45,000 children across The United States and Africa. Natasha has been recognized as an NSHSS Claes Nobel Scholar, Be More Grant Finalist, Girl Scout Gold Award, and George H.W. Daily Point of Light for her efforts.
