If your student is interested in digital creation—whether it’s a podcast, YouTube channel, or any form of online storytelling—this session is the perfect starting point.

Our student speakers will share how they began their content journeys, the challenges they faced, what kept them motivated, and how to find ideas and inspiration for your own show or channel.

Our NSHSS staff speaker, who oversees the official NSHSS podcast, will guide families through essential safety tips, platform best practices, and how to support young creators while protecting their online privacy. Parents will have the opportunity to ask questions directly.

Nainika Manthena

NSHSS Ambassador President | Meeting Host

Nainika is a senior at Palm Harbor Univ HS - IB Program, FL. She wants to pursue a career as a lawyer specializing in medical malpractice/disability law. She also loves tutoring students in math and reading on which she advocates for education accessibility. Her hobbies include dancing, learning new languages, and fostering dogs.

Angelica Oliver

NSHSS Coordinator of Society Programs | NSHSS Podcast Creator & Producer | Speaker

With experience across the nonprofit, education, and corporate worlds, Angelica Oliver has worn many hats: project manager, podcast producer, content strategist, and community builder, all centered around one goal: using communication to make a real impact.

She currently serves as a Society Programs Coordinator at the National Society of High School Scholars, where she oversees the Success Beyond Academics program, manages educator engagement, and leads strategic communication efforts across digital platforms. Previously, she led communications strategy, content coordination and professional development at Maxwell Leadership Foundation and Growing Leaders, where she produced two podcasts, led brand storytelling efforts, and supported culture-building initiatives.
She earned her Master’s in Integrated Global Communication from Kennesaw State University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Georgia State University.
