Melissa Decker is the Chief Consultant and founder of R.A.C.E. Consulting, LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in education. Her career spans teaching students from 5th grade through high school in both public and private school settings, and she has also served as an assistant principal and academic advisor. Melissa’s work has always focused on supporting students and families, both in and out of the classroom.

Outside of her professional life, Melissa has been married to her high school sweetheart for 23 years. Her two children, Cole and Kylee, are proud University of Georgia students. When she’s not guiding students toward their academic goals, you’ll find Melissa enjoying the outdoors, playing tennis, crafting handmade cards, or diving into a good book.
