What students will learn

  • Plan the week in 10 minutes: Break big tasks into daily steps

  • Note-taking that works: Cornell notes + quick review routine

  • Focus & time hacks: Timer methods, distraction-proofing, and brain breaks

  • Test prep map: What to do 5 days out, the night before, and day-of

  • Ask-for-help toolkit: How to email a teacher and use office hours

Nainika Manthena

NSHSS Ambassador President | Meeting Host

Nainika is a senior at Palm Harbor Univ HS - IB Program, FL. She wants to pursue a career as a lawyer specializing in medical malpractice/disability law. She also loves tutoring students in math and reading on which she advocates for education accessibility. Her hobbies include dancing, learning new languages, and fostering dogs.

Isis Campbell

NSHSS Ambassador and Content Creation Team member | Speaker

Isis Campbell, a senior at Georgia Connections Academy and aspiring entrepreneur, has been an NSHSS
ambassador for almost a year. She’s currently taking business pathway classes and dual enrollment courses to work toward her ultimate goal of attending University of Georgia. Isis has a solid passion for all things creative. Writing, drawing, designing, baking, and contributing toward her culture and community. Through the rising family business, she hopes to become a strong leader in her community and turn the fantastical imaginations in her head into inspiring productions on both screens and paper. Her favorite quote is, “Make it exist first. You can make it perfect later.”

Celyne Awasung

NSHSS Ambassador and NSHSS Content Creation Team member | Speaker

Celyne, an NSHSS ambassador and Senior at Frederick High School, MD. She wants to pursue a career in medicine specializing as a cardiologist or scientific researcher.
She is passionate about caring for and helping others by being involved in the community through school and local community groups. Given her healthcare interests, she is involved in the Red Cross Club and HOSA of future health professionals. She has also partaken in internships as a
medical officer assistant and a microscopy analysis technician.
Her hobbies include reading, creating short content, dancing, and soccer.
