Scholarship Details:
Young Scholars is proud to present a virtual creative arts competition celebrating middle school students who use their talents to inspire positive change. Students are invited to submit original work in dance, visual arts, music, or film that connects to this year’s selected theme: “Change Starts With Us” – showcase how one person’s actions can inspire many. Highlight chain reactions of good deeds, personal responsibility, and leadership through action.
Application Requirements:

Original 2–3 minute video performance or presentation in dance, music, or film

2-3 piece portfolio for visual arts submissions

Please have your student write a reflection (300-500 words) answering: What is your submission about? How does it connect to the theme? What message or feeling do you want your audience to walk away with?
